1. Introduction
Welcome to GoCareless (“Company”, “we”, “us”, “our”).
GoCareless operates as an online booking platform that connects customers with independent adventure activity providers (“Partners” / “Vendors”).
By accessing or using our website, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions.
If you do not agree, please do not use the platform.
2. Nature of Services
- GoCareless is a technology platform and intermediary.
- We facilitate bookings between customers and independent adventure activity providers.
- GoCareless does not directly conduct, operate, or control the adventure activities listed on the platform, unless explicitly stated.
All activities are conducted by independent third-party Partners who are solely responsible for execution, safety, and service delivery.
3. Booking & Payment Terms
- At the time of booking, GoCareless collects a booking confirmation amount from the customer. This amount may vary depending on the activity and is displayed at the time of booking.
- The remaining balance amount is payable directly by the customer to the respective Partner/Vendor at the activity location or as otherwise specified.
- The booking confirmation amount collected by GoCareless secures the customer’s slot with the Partner.
- Booking confirmation is subject to availability and successful payment processing.
4. Cancellation & Refund Policy
Refunds are calculated on the total booking amount.
- 100% refund for cancellations made 7 or more days before the scheduled activity.
- 80% refund for cancellations made 4–6 days before the scheduled activity.
- 50% refund for cancellations made 1–3 days before the scheduled activity.
All eligible refunds will be processed to the original mode of payment within 7-10 working days from the date of cancellation confirmation.
Customers are entitled to one free reschedule per booking within 12 months, provided the reschedule request is made at least 7 days prior to the scheduled activity date and is subject to availability.
5. User Responsibilities
By booking through GoCareless, you confirm that:
- You are medically fit to participate in the selected activity.
- You understand that adventure activities involve inherent risks.
- You will comply with all safety instructions provided by the Partner.
- All information provided during booking is accurate and complete.
GoCareless reserves the right to cancel bookings if false or misleading information is provided.
6. Medical & Risk Disclaimer
Adventure and outdoor activities carry inherent risks, including but not limited to injury, accidents, environmental hazards, and unforeseen circumstances.
By booking through GoCareless, you voluntarily assume all such risks.
GoCareless shall not be liable for:
- Personal injury or property damage
- Weather-related disruptions
- Acts or omissions of third-party Partners
- Delays or cancellations beyond reasonable control
7. Partner Responsibility
Partners listed on GoCareless are independent service providers and are solely responsible for:
- Conducting activities safely
- Maintaining necessary certifications and licenses
- Ensuring equipment safety and compliance
- Adhering to applicable laws and regulations
GoCareless does not guarantee the quality or safety of services provided by third parties.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, GoCareless shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising from the use of the platform.
In all cases, the total liability of GoCareless shall not exceed the booking confirmation amount paid through the platform for the relevant transaction.
9. Intellectual Property
All content on this website, including but not limited to text, graphics, branding, logos, and software, is the property of GoCareless and may not be reproduced or used without prior written permission.
10. Termination
GoCareless reserves the right to suspend or terminate access to users who violate these Terms & Conditions.
11. Governing Law & Jurisdiction
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India.
Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Ahmedabad, Gujarat, India.
